Ankleshwar:

We established our operations in 1996 with a small manufacturing plant located at Ankleshwar, Bharuch. Since then we have expanded this facility by 10 times in terms of volume.

Dahej:

In 2017, we established our second manufacturing location at Dahej, Bharuch. Our multi-purpose, advanced, state-of-the-art facilities possess various equipment such as stainless steel reactors and glass lined reactors, electrodialysis assemblies, continuous-flow-reactor, and distillation columns.

As per standard industry practice, we have also installed a pilot plant for the validation of newly developed products. Following a 3-phase expansion of the Dahej Manufacturing Facility, we now possess a cumulative licensed capacity of 48,000 Tonnes Per Annum. We are strategically located close to 2 major shipping ports in India - Nhava Sheva and Hazira, which reduces the transit time of shipments.

Research & Development

We have a dedicated state of the art R&D facility located at Vadodara, India, which is recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India. Our newly build R&D facility is spread across an area of ~36,000 square feet. It is well equipped with glass assemblies, continuous flow reactors and high pressure autoclaves set up to run reactions ranging temperatures from 10℃ - 300℃ upto pressure conditions ranging 100 Bar.

Our strong R&D capabilities are supported by our inhouse Analytical & Development Laboratory (ADL) which is equipped with the latest technological instruments with detection abilities of identifying impurity profiles in PPB levels.

Established in 2015 as a wholly owned foreign subsidiary, Tatva Chintan USA Inc is responsible for sales & distribution in the North & South American continents. Through our warehousing facility in Savannah, Georgia, USA, we have been able to prompty service the needs of our customers.

Established in 2019 as a wholly owned foreign subsidiary, Tatva Chintan Europe B.V. is responsible for sales & distribution in the European continent. We have a warehousing facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands for servicing the needs of our European markets.
